Mykhailo Mudryk has not had the best of times since his move to Chelsea, but the Ukraine international winger did play well for Mauricio Pochettino’s side against Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.
Chelsea played out a 2-2 draw with Arsenal at Stamford Bridge in London in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
Mykhailo Mudryk scored the second goal for the Blues.
There was a touch of fortune about it, as Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya seemed to be off his line.
Mudryk, 22, played well in the London derby and looked very lively against a team he could have joined instead of Chelsea.
Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville was following the match for Sky Sports.

Neville was on co-commentary duty for the match on Sky Sports Football.
And, he was impressed by the display produced by Mudryk.
Neville said about Mudryk in the 64th minute (6:53pm, October 21, 2023): “It has taken some time for him.
“There’s still a long way to go, but today is a stepping stone in the right direction for Mudryk.”

In my opinion, Mykhailo Mudryk is starting to show why Chelsea signed him in the January transfer window.
The winger is looking very confident now and is controlling the ball and his shots better,
It looks like Mudryk is playing with purpose and knows what he is doing.
Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino has certainly brought confidence back into the winger’s game.
The 22-year-old has made four starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Blues so far this season.
Mudryk has scored two goals in those games.
Chelsea are unlikely to challenge for the Premier League title this season, but they are very much in the running for a top-four.
And, in my view, Mudryk will play a big role in that quest.
