Liverpool ended the Premier League season with a victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers as Jurgen Klopp signed off with a win.
This was always going to be an emotional afternoon as Klopp managed his final game in charge of the Reds.

Slot will be heading to Anfield this summer and his move appears to have been confirmed before the Reds have even had chance to announce a deal.

Slot finished up his Feyenoord campaign on Sunday too, leading a 4-0 home win over Rotterdam neighbours Excelsior.
The former AZ Alkmaar boss has quite the challenge to continue Klopp’s work but seeing the departing Liverpool boss encourage support in him was a nice moment as the Reds embark on a new era.
