Instagram allows fans to stay in touch with their favorite celebrities but Ariana Grande shocked everyone as people noticed that she had deleted several posts.
Currently, the singer is busy playing the role of Glinda on Broadway‘s Wicked but fans think there might be more to it.
Ariana Grande deletes Instagram posts
Fans noticed that Ariana had deleted many posts from her Instagram. Previously, the singer had over 4000 posts. However, now she only has 114.
At the moment, it is unclear what led to this decision but many have been upset to see that some of her most notable posts are missing.
She may have achieved it as it is something celebrities commonly do when they are set to announce a new project.
In the past, singers like Beyonce and Miley Cyrus have used this trick.
Fans suspect something new is coming
Fans are hoping that Ariana’s latest move could hint at a new album. People have been waiting for the singer to drop new music for a long time.
While she is busy on Broadway there are hoping they would get something new to hear.
As of now, Ariana has not confirmed or denied this. One fan wrote: “I need this music immediately it’s been so long.”
Another added: “What if Ariana is in her taylor swift era and decided to delete her posts for new music and then rearchieve all of her posts back on her page again?”
“Ariana won’t just delete 4,000+ posts in one sitting for nothing. I really feel like somethings coming. Either r.e.m. beauty, wicked or hopefully new music,” said one more.
She recently dealt with online bullies
Last month, a lot of people online bullied her for her weight as many thought she had lost weight drastically.
Seeing all the comments online the singer decided to break her silence.
She said: “The body that you’ve been comparing my current body to was the unhealthiest version of my body. I was on a lot of antidepressants and drinking on them and eating poorly.”
Ariana reminded fans that “healthy could look different” and asked everyone to respect others.
