Clinton Morrison says Leeds United don’t want West Ham United trio Declan Rice, Michail Antonio and Jarrod Bowen to start at the London Stadium on Sunday.
West Ham go into the Premier League showdown after reaching the Europa Conference Final in midweek and it could see David Moyes ring the changes against the relegation-threatened side.
For Morrison, that’s exactly what Leeds want, Declan Rice, Michail Antonio and Jarrod Bowen on the bench, because they will then have a ‘great chance’ to secure those much-needed three points, as he told Sky Sports News (20/05/23 at 1:40 pm).

There is every chance Leeds fans might get their wish and Moyes puts out a weak team.
Prior to winning at AZ Alkmaar on Thursday night, the likes of Rice, Antonio, Bowen, Lucas Paqueta and Kurt Zouma were all rested for the defeat at Brentford.
And now that the Hammers have survived, don’t be surprised if the same happens again, although, this is West Ham’s final home game of the season, so they don’t want to lie down and get tickled.
“If you are Leeds, then you want them to rest Declan Rice,” said Morrison. “You don’t want Declan Rice to be playing. Michail Antonio. Jarrod Bowen.
“Those three players. If you rest those three players, then Leeds have a great chance.”

WILL LEEDS UNITED SURVIVE RELEGATION?
In these types of battles, you need other results to go your way, most of the time, and that certainly wasn’t the case on Saturday.
Nottingham Forest waved goodbye to those below them by beating Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, and with it, maintaining their Premier League status.
On the other side of the Midlands, Everton were heading for defeat, only to snatch a draw in the 99th-minute, which could now prove to be utterly vital, unless Leeds have something else to say about that against West Ham.
