Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino could reportedly struggle to convince Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane to move to Stamford Bridge amid interest from Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid.
Chelsea and Real Madrid have been linked with Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane in the summer transfer window.
In May, The Independent reported that Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino has discussed with his bosses the prospect of signing Kane from Spurs.
Pochettino worked with the £200,000-a-week (The Sun) striker when he was the head coach of Tottenham.
Marca are now reporting that Madrid are keen on bringing Kane to the Santiago Bernabeu.
Los Blancos are looking at the 29-year-old to replace Karim Benzema, who is leaving this summer.
According to the Spanish publication, Kane is “particularly motivated by the idea of wearing theReal Madridshirt” and wants to move to the La Liga club.
Marca have added that Madrid have already made initial approaches with Kane as well as with Spurs.

In our view, Harry Kane is unlikely to join Chelsea in the summer transfer window, especially with Real Madrid now keen on the Tottenham Hotspur striker.
Chelsea and Tottenham are bitter London rivals, and the 29-year-old is very unlikely to cross that divide.
Kane is a Tottenham legend, and the England international striker will surely not want to tarnish that.
Madrid are arguably the biggest club in the world, and with Benzema leaving, Kane would get straight into Ancelotti’s starting lineup.
