Big 12 Media Days began on Wednesday 12 July at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, with a plethora of star coaches and players ready to take the stage. Nine quarterbacks headline the two-day event, which will be the first for new schools UCF, Cincinnati, Houston and BYU.
Cosmo is the official mascot of Brigham Young University’s (BYU) athletic teams. He can be seen at almost all sporting events, wearing the uniform of the team that is playing.
On social media, Cosmo the Cougar is a mascot icon with over 1.4 million TikTok followers and over 20 million likes on the video platform, along with 178k followers via Instagram with the username @cosmo_cougar.
Oklahoma State cheerleader @macyslane_ shared a video of herself swing dancing with Cosmo, whereby she is spun around and picked up in the sideways splits position before they pose toward the camera.The pair were swing dancing along to the tune Country Girl (Shake It For Me) by country artist Luke Bryan. Swing dancing is a popular social dance that is often characterized by lifts, spins and flips.

The cheerleader’s TikTok platform consists of only 5k followers, but since being posted, the dancing video has reached 455k views and 56k likes on her channel alone.
