Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are reportedly looking to sign Ryan Gravenberch from Bayern Munich.
According to Rudy Galetti, Liverpool are interested in signing Ryan Gravenberch from Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window.
The Italian journalist has claimed on Twitter that Liverpool are holding internal talks over possibly making a concrete bid for the Bayern and Netherlands international midfielder in the coming days.
Although clubs in Serie A are interested in Gravenberch, the 21-year-old £200,000-a-week (The Mirror) player wants to move to the Premier League, according to the reporter.
This is not the first time that Liverpool have been linked with Gravenberch.
The Athletic reported in July that Liverpool are interested in the youngster as a potential replacement for Brazilian defensive midfielder Fabinho, who moved to Saudi Arabia in the summer transfer window.
Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch would make Liverpool better
In our opinion, Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch would be a very good signing for Liverpool in the summer transfer window.
Gravenberch is one of the best young midfielders around, and we believe that the Netherlands international would make Liverpool better, more competitive and more combative in the middle of the park.
True, the 21-year-old could not make a huge impact at Bayern last season, but that the German and European giants signed him from Ajax in the summer of 2022 shows just how good he is.
Then board member for sport, Hasan Salihamidžić, told the club’s official website in June 2022 that the midfielder is “one of the biggest talents in Europe, has superb technical ability, always finds solutions in tight spaces, is very dynamic and a goal threat”.
Under Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp, Gravenberch could improve and add facets to his game in the coming years.
