Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Christian Norgaard, with head coach Ange Postecoglou personally keen on the Brentford defensive midfielder.
According to Football Transfers, Tottenham Hotspur want to sign Christian Norgaard from London and Premier League rivals Brentford in the January transfer window.

The report has claimed that Spurs head coach Ange Postecoglou personally wants the Denmark international defensive midfielder in his team for the second half of the season and beyound.
Postecoglou particularly likes Norgaard’s leadership quality and wants that in the dressing room.
Norgaard has made 68 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
The 29-year-old has scored five goals and given eight assists in those games.
My View: Tottenham Hotspur could struggle to sign Christian Norgaard in January
I think that Tottenham Hotspur would struggle to get a deal done with Brentford for Christian Norgaard in the January transfer window.
Clubs do not tend to sell their best players in the middle of the season, unless, of course, they get a ridiculous offer.
Brentford are an established club in the Premier League who are under no pressure to sell any of their best players, especially in January 2024.
Norgaard is under contract at the Bees until the summer of 2025 with the option for a further year.
So, Tottenham would have to pay a lot of money for Norgaard, who, according to Brentford manager Thomas Frank on the club’s official website, is “technically good and looks to pass the ball forward” and is “also good at intercepting passes and has a strong defensive mindset”.
Moreover, there is speculation that Ivan Toney could be on his way out of Brentford in January.
It is hard to see the Bees sell both Toney and Norgaard in the middle of the season.
